Catching Up

Our summer has been filled with so many things. Shane fixed my phone so that I can finally upload pictures. And now you're getting more than you've bargained for because I haven't posted any in months! Here are a few of my favorites (including pictures from our recent trip to Utah and Vegas) in random order (sorry).

Our summer/pre-summer fun includes tired trips home from Disneyland, digging holes at the beach, a Japanese Obon festival, a trip to Temple Square, learning to bowl for the first time, bowling for the second time with new friend Taylor, picking out and showing off undies, dancing in the car with aunt Megan, learning to ice skate with aunts Christy and Rachel, and an awesome picture of Brooklyn in a coat that Shane's great-grandma made for Shane's mom. Isn't it amazing? It's still in near perfect condition and we got lots of compliments on it when we went out to play. Sorry about the random conglomeration of pictures, but hopefully this catches you up a little on what we've been doing for the past few months.

These pictures are so cute. I have some video I took of Brooklyn in the car that day. I'll have to send it to you.

That is a really cute coat. And I'm impressed by the ice skating. Were there many crashes? Yay for undies!!

I love it! We miss you guys! We weren't trying to keep things secret for that long, I promise. It just kind of happened that way. Ha. :) Anyway, love the pics and hope you're still digging holes at the beach. You can't dig holes in a pebble covered beach quite the same way. . . . :)
